Shirley Carr, 93, of Scriba died Saturday August 27, 2016 in Seneca Hill Manor. She was born in Fort Edwards, NY, the daughter of the late Perley and Eva (Fontaine) Connery. Mrs. Carr was predeceased by her husband Lawrence W. Carr in 2013, her son David Carr in 2002, and all of her siblings. She is survived by her children Bill (Dorothy) Carr of Scriba; Thomas (JoAnn) Carr of Scriba; Darrell (Bobbi) Carr of Oswego; Donald (Julie) Carr of Hannibal; Ryan “Nick” Carr of Scriba; Darlene Grey of NH, 18 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter. Funeral services and burial will be private. Calling hours will be conducted Wednesday 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home 147 West 4th St. Oswego, NY 13126.
