Ruthann Steiger-Colon, 47; of Fulton passed away suddenly at Oswego Hospital, Oswego. She was an active member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Fulton, NY. She was a very committed member and extremely devoted to her religion. Ruthann loved all kinds of activities. She truly enjoyed learning about new things, activities and she also liked to share her time with others. She will be missed by the people she encountered at Seneca Hill Manor Day Care and by her family at her group home. A Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM Monday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Fulton, NY with Elder David Winklestine officiating. Burial will be held privately in Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours will be conducted Monday from 11:00 to Noon at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton, NY.
