Marlene Baker, 74; formerly of Fulton passed away Tuesday at Loretto Health and Rehabilitation Center, Syracuse. She was born in North Volney, NY to the late Fabian and Irene (Stevens) Duciaume. Mrs. Baker was a longtime resident of Fulton until recently moving to Warners, NY to be closer to family. Mrs. Baker was past employed with Tops Food Market and P&C Foods having worked at the stores located in Fulton Oswego, and Baldwinsville, NY. She was a past member of the Fulton Moose Lodge Ladies Auxiliary and a past volunteer with Girl Scouts of America. Mrs. Baker loved spending time with her grandchildren, and she enjoyed watching T.V. with her family especially Oak Island. She was pre-deceased by her husband Gordon Baker and longtime companion David McConnell. Mrs. Baker is survived by her daughters: Cheryl (John) Hall of FL, Wendy (Tony) Groat of Warners, NY; 2 brothers: Richard Duciaume of FL, Clarence Duciaume of TX, her sister Benita Reynolds of Oswego, NY, 3 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM Monday at the North Volney United Methodist Church, North Volney, NY with Rev. Tammy Nipper officiating. Burial will be held privately. There will be no calling hours. The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton has care of the arrangements.

So many memories of the old days when we were kids and playing at your house.These memories will stay with me. God bless you all.
Marlene had the greatest laugh in the world, I will remember always.
