Arthur A. Petrie, 65; of Fulton passed away Tuesday at Oswego Hospital. He was born in Watertown, NY to the late Ernest and Gladys (Clark) Petrie. Mr. Petrie remained a lifetime resident of Fulton. He was a participant of the day program with Oswego Industries and a member of the OCO Dayhab Program. Mr. Petrie was also a volunteer with Meals on Wheels helping with deliveries. Arthur loved bowling and all types of car memorabilia. He was pre-deceased by his brother Willis Sheltray II. Arthur is survived by his siblings: Carl Sheltray of Oswego, and Rose (Peter) Leo Grande of Fulton, 2 nieces: Sunshine Sheltray of WI, and Amber Stone of Oswego, 1 nephew Willis G. Sheltray III of Oswego, great niece Jazmine Butler Leo Grande He is also survived by several great nieces, and great nephews. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton with John Austin officiating. Burial will be held in Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours will be conducted Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., Fulton.

I would like to say thank you to all the people at Sugar funeral home for being so kind and understanding with my brother arrangements This was very unexpected and wasn’t ready to lose my beloved brother. they made it a lot easier for the family to get though
