Angelo Vescio III, 75; of Fulton, NY passed unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, February 6th.
Angelo was born in Fulton, NY to the late Angelo Vescio Jr. and Margaret (Cole) Vescio. He has remained a lifetime resident of Fulton and Oswego, NY. Angelo retired after 28 years of employment from the Maintenance Dept with the Fulton School District. He was a member of the American Legion, Oswego, the Oswego Elk’s Lodge, and a longtime member of the Oswego Country Club. Angelo was a wonderful musician and he enjoyed playing in many local bands through the years as lead guitar and vocals; with his last being Jimmy D & the Jury.
He was predeceased by his daughter Jamie Vescio.
Angelo is survived by his children: Angelo R. “Bobby” (Sabrina) Vescio of Ohio, Angela (Anthony) Kempkes of Nebraska, Jerrod Hawkes of Grand Island, NY and siblings: Alice (Gregory) LaMont-Pollock of Weedsport, NY and Georgia (Gregory) Liberti of Fulton, NY and several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held in the spring at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton.
Burial will be held privately. There will be no calling hours.
