Tim J. Tompkins, 53; of Hannibal passed away at Oswego Hospital after a long illness. He was a lifetime resident of Hannibal. Tim enjoyed carpentry, fishing, and farming. He had a great love for animals and family. Tim is survived by his wife of 26 years Lyda L. Wing of Hannibal, 5 children: India Tompkins, Crystal J. Tompkins, Tim Tompkins Jr., Beau Tompkins, Xavier Tompkins, his adoptive Mother Norma Tompkins, first wife: Tina Tompkins, siblings: Cindy (Rush,) Wendy, Cindy (Halstead,) and Joyce, 9 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Tim was pre-deceased by his adoptive Dad Bill Tompkins. Funeral Services and Burial will be held private. There will be no calling hours. The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton has care of the arrangements.
So. Sorry lyda I have fond memories of him growing up. Been tied up with mom. Pneumonia was in hospital now back ar nursing home. We are not telling her about Tim yet. She does ask about him I juzt say he sick right now. Anything Ican do please call me. All my loveto you and the boys.
