Margaret Elizabeth Thrasher, 90; of Fulton passed away peacefully at Seneca Hill Manor, Volney. Ms. Thrasher was born in Ogdensburg, NY to the late Charles and Jennette G. (Smith) Thrasher. She was a resident of Fulton since 1972. Ms. Thrasher retired as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She was past employed with the Office of the Aging, Green Thumb Program. Mrs. Thrasher enjoyed researching her family’s Geneology and watching old movies. She was also an avid Yankee fan. Ms. Thrasher loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Tammy (Thrasher) and Jim LaGraffe of VA, and her grandson Simon LaGraffe. She was pre-deceased by her siblings: Wesley Thrasher, Edward Thrasher, and Isabelle Thrasher. Calling hours will be held 2:00 to 4:00 PM Saturday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton. Burial will be held privately. There will be no Funeral Service.
