Yerfra “Murphy” Garry of Liverpool, died Monday morning in Sunnyside Care Center, Syracuse. Mrs. Garry was the daughter of the late Onofrio and Rose (Arcillo) Brancato. She retired from Sibbley’s Syracuse in 1980. Mrs. Garry was predeceased by her husband John Garry in 2002 and her son James Perry in 2012. Mrs. Garry is survived by her son Mark (Deirdre) Garry of N. Syracuse, and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday 10:00 a.m. at the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home 147 West Fourth Street, Oswego. Burial will be in All Saints Mausoleum.
Murf and I worked at Sibley’s bakery department in Syracuse in the early 1980’s.Murf was a great friend and will be greatly missed. Arlene Yager
