Thomas Jude Moon

Thomas Jude Moon, 64; of Florida, born October 5, 1961; passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026.  Mr. Moon was born in Fulton, NY to the late Ralph and Mary Moon.

He was a graduate from Bishop Cunningham High School, where he was the captain of both the football and basketball teams.  Tom was a gifted athlete earning numerous scholarships to accredited universities.  He was known for his strong work ethic and generous spirit.  Tom was past employed with General Electric, Syracuse before beginning a 25-year career as an estate manager for Deborah Levitetz.  In that role, he exemplified steadfast loyalty, leadership, and care.  These qualities defined every area of his life.  As a man of deep faith, Thomas served in ministry at Cornerstone Bible Fellowship for 10 years.  He led the Cornerstone Bible study for many years and was always among the first to volunteer, offering his time, heart, and hands.  Tommy as he was affectionately known by many was also known for his skill in home repair and handyman work.  He would always be remembered for his faithful heart and the way he showed up for others again and again, because he never refused to help family, friends and neighbors with whatever may be needed.  Tommy’s legacy will continue to live on in the family he cherished, the community he served and faith in God through His Savior Jesus Christ, that he lived out daily.  Tommy was a devoted and unwavering husband, loving father, cherished grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years:  Migdalia Moon whom he shared his life of faith, loyalty and love.  He is also survived by his daughters:  Angela Moon and Michelle Moon; his grandsons:  Emery and Leo and his siblings:  Mary Moon; Roseanne Marra; John Moon; Florence Czeck; Robert Moon; Frances Silky; Mahlon Moon; Howard Moon, Donald Moon, Joseph Moon and Evelyn Thurlow-Blair.

Tommy was predeceased by his siblings:  Ralph Moon, Patricia Quaglia and Paul Moon.

Celebration of Life will be held Saturday June 20, 2026 at the Fulton Polish Home from 1:00 to 5:00PM.
