Teresa Guernsey, 59; of Fulton, NY passed away suddenly at home Tuesday. She was born in Syracuse, NY to the late Loren “Butch” and Marjorie (Ingerson) Guernsey. Miss Guernsey has been a longtime resident of Fulton. She loved watching football and was an avid fan of the Eagles. Miss Guernsey enjoyed doing puzzles and watching movies.
She was pre-deceased by her siblings: Ricky Guernsey, Christine Guernsey, and Loren “Butch” Guernsey Jr. Miss Guernsey is survived by her children: Thomas (Tiffany) Knopp Jr., Brandy Knopp and Jessica Knopp all of Fulton; her siblings: Marjorie (Kevin) Hines of NC, April Forsythe of Oswego, Berton (Brenda) Guernsey of NC, Colleen Guernsey of Fulton, Loren (Laura) Guernsey III of Westbury, NY; Floyd (Holly Hines) Guernsey of Mexico, NY; 8 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held 9:00 to 11:00 AM Saturday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton. Funeral Service will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be conducted privately. Facial masks, hand sanitizing and capacity limits apply. People will be invited in as others exit due to NYS Mandates.
