Sandra M. Hough, 71, of Fulton died Tuesday July 26, 2016 in St. Joseph Hospital after a short illness. Funeral Services will be held 10:30 AM, Saturday, August 13th at State Street United Methodist Church with Rev. Rhonda Quiroz officiating. Burial will be held privately. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar Funeral Home, 224 W. 2nd. St. S, Fulton.
I worked with Sam at Nestles , she had the gift of making people laugh. It was a joy having known her. My deepest sympathy to the family.
