Marjorie Carpenter, 92; of Fulton died Wednesday at St. Luke Health Services, Oswego after a long illness. She was born in Fulton and she remained a life resident of Fulton. Mrs. Carpenter retired from the Classic Shop, Fulton as the store manager. She loved being a grandmother and great grandmother. She was pre-deceased by her husband Richard Carpenter in 2005. Mrs. Carpenter is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Donald and Linda Carpenter of Fulton, 3 grandchildren: Donald and Edward Carpenter and Christy Conklin, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services and Burial will be held privately. The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton has care of the arrangements
Dear Donald and family,
I am so saddened to hear of the death of your mother. It is never easy to lose one’s parents. Marjorie was certainly a good mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and I know she loved those roles. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
