Loretta Sica, 78, of Oswego died Friday February 5, in the Oswego Hospital after a short illness. She was born in Bronx, NY the daughter of the late Joseph and Nellie Sica, and she has been a resident of Oswego since 1981. Loretta retired from AT&T in 1981 as a supervisor after thirty years of service. She was predeceased by her brother Frank Sica, and sisters Frances Prisco, and Emily Stephenson. Loretta is survived by her nieces and nephews Margaret, Mary, and Joseph Prisco, Frank and Richard Sica, and a close friend Theresa Branchcomb. Calling hours will be Thursday 4:00 –6:00 p.m. at the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 West Fourth St., Oswego.
