Joseph Lachut

Joseph P Lachut, 59, of Fulton died Friday in University Hospital after a long illness. He was born in Oswego, and has been a resident of the Fulton area for most of his life. Mr. Lachut was employed with the Food Bank of CNY until he had to take a medical leave in 2009. He was a veteran serving in the United States Army. He was an elder at the Fulton Christian Fellowship Church. Mr. Lachut was predeceased by his father Joseph Lachut. He is survived by his wife Diane Lachut of Fulton, and children Dawn (Louis) Garcia of FL, John (Tonya) Witkovsky of Fulton, Bradley (Katrina) Witkovsky of Fulton, Peter B. Lachut of Fulton, his mother Eleanor Lachut of Fulton, his brother Myron (Stacey) Lachut of Fulton, nine grandchildren and niece and nephews. A Memorial Service will be 6:00 p.m. Saturday February 5t h at the Fulton Christian Fellowship Church. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar Funeral Home 224 West Second Street, Fulton.
