Ellen Snyder Bevacqua, 69; of Fulton. A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, September 8th from 6:00 to 7:00 PM followed by prayers at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton. Burial will be held privately at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton where a graveside service will be officiated by Rev. Jefferson Niles. Facial Masks, Hand Sanitizing and people will be invited in as others exit due to NYS mandated capacity limits.
