Eleanor M (Duger) Hofmann, 92, died Thursday November 5, 2026 at Seneca Hill Manor. She was born in Ira, NY the daughter of the late Leroy and Edna (Salisbury) Duger.
Mrs. Hofmann was a loving wife and mother, and she enjoyed being home taking care of her husband and their children, she enjoyed going out to eat with family and her home was open to everyone. She was a longtime member of the Bowens Corners Women’s Organizations. She devotedly read her bible daily.
Her Husband of 67 years, Earl, her twin children Julius and Jolene Hofmann, her brothers Robert and Maynard Duger, and sister Norma Tompkins predeceased her.
Mrs. Hofmann is survived by her loving children, Lynn (Greg) Waloven of Hannibal, Rosemary (David) Emmons of Hannibal, Earl Dan Hofmann (Judy) of Fulton, Patricia (Marc) Marino of Fulton, Tammy Brown of Fulton, and Shelley Tomasino of Fulton, adopted son, Geraldo (Barbara) Reyes, (deceased); 17 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
Funeral services will be Wednesday 6:00 PM, November 11, 2026 at Bowens Corners United Methodist Church, 758 St. Route 176, Fulton, NY. Burial will be in Fairdale Cemetery. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd. St. S., Fulton.
