Deborah Hall, 62; of Fulton passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse. She was born in Fulton, NY and she has remained a lifetime resident of Fulton. Mrs. Hall was past co-owner and co-operator of Hall’s Refrigeration, Fulton, and past employed with Tops Friendly Market, Fulton. She was pre-deceased by her mother Virginia Ellen (Bebe) Higgins. Mrs. Hall is survived by her children: Sarah Hall of Fulton, Kelly Hall of Fulton, and Seth Hall of Fulton, her father Joseph Higgins of Fulton, sister Joanne Duger, 8 grandchildren: Ethan, Dylan, Christine, Andrew, Tyler, Carter, Parker, and Bentley and 2 nieces. Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM followed by prayers at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton. Burial will be held privately at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.
