Chester E. Bogdziewcz, 89; of Fulton passed away at the Veteran Administration Hospital, Syracuse, NY after a long illness. Mr. Bogdziewcz was born in Fulton, NY to the late Peter and Stella (Godula) Bogdziewcz. He remained a lifetime resident of Fulton. Mr. Bogdziewcz was a United States Veteran having served in the Army during the Korean War from 1951-1953. He retired as the service manager with Burritt Chevrolet, Oswego. Mr. Bogdziewcz was an avid collector, buyer, and seller of antiques. He especially enjoyed collecting and tinkering with clocks. Mr. Bogdziewcz had many great memories of travelling with his wife especially to Canada. He was pre-deceased by his wife of 47 years Jean Bogdziewcz in 2002, 2 siblings: Jessie Biela and Stanley P. Bogdziewcz. Mr. Bogdziewcz is survived by his children: Chester (Joyce) Bogdziewcz Jr., of Fulton, and Stephanie (Kevin Bossick) Bogdziewcz of CA, granddaughter Mariah (John III) Wallace of Fulton, 3 great grandchildren: Ashlyn, John, Justin Wallace and several nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service and Military Honors will be held at the convenience of the family. The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton has care of the arrangements.
