Carol Snyder, 80, of Oswego died Monday July 4, 2016 in Oswego. Carol was born in Oswego the daughter of the late Frederick and Genevieve (Woolson) Snyder. She worked for nine years as a nurse’s aide at Elm Crest Nursing Home in Oswego and later worked at the Pontiac Hotel for seven years in the maintenance department. Carol enjoyed visiting with people, and walking through the Oswego Farmers Market, In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her siblings Bernard Snyder, Helen Carpenter, Frederick Snyder, John Snyder, and Rodney Snyder. Carol leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Graveside services will be Wednesday July 6, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. in North Scriba Cemetery. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home 147 West 4th St. Oswego, NY 13126.
