Ann M. Regan, 51; of Fulton passed away at Oswego Hospital Wednesday December 7th. She was born in Syracuse, NY to Robert and Vera (Schoolcraft) Gardenier. Mrs. Regan was a past member of TOPS, Fulton. She was a loving wife to her husband of 35 years Michael C. Regan Sr., of Fulton, and a beloved mother to their 2 children: Michael C. Regan Jr., of Fulton, and Katelyn Regan of Lacona, NY. She is also survived by her siblings: Rob Gardenier, Donna Marshall, and Lisa Bombard. Calling hours will be conducted Thursday, December 15 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton. Burial will be held privately. There will be no funeral service.
