William Taylor, 76, of Fulton died Monday in the Oswego Hospital. Mr. Taylor was born in Fulton and has been a lifetime resident. He retired after twenty-eight years of service from the City of Fulton, department of public works. Mr. Taylor is survived by his brother Harold Taylor of Ohio, sister Patricia Walker of SC, close friends R.J. and Cathy DeLisle, and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Monday 9:00 a.m. from the Sugar Funeral Home, Fulton, and 9:30 a.m. in Holy Trinity Church. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours will be Monday 8:00 a.m. –9:00 a.m. at the funeral home 224 West Second Street S, Fulton.
