Steven Z. Zedler

Steven Z. Zedler, 75; of Fulton passed away Wednesday at Morningstar Residential Care, Oswego. He was born in Warsaw, Poland to the late Felix and Halina (Pielaszewska) Zedler. Mr. Zedler has been a resident of Syracuse, Columbia, Tennessee, and Fulton. He was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School, Syracuse. Mr. Zedler trained and later retired in 1988 as a Tool & Die laborer for General Motors, Syracuse. In 2001, he retired from Saturn, TN.
Mr. Zedler was a past union officer at GM with the
United Auto Workers. He enjoyed bowling and fishing. Mr. Zedler is survived by his sister and brother-in-law Christine and James F. Brannan of Fulton, 4 nieces and nephews: James Patrick Brannan of Ithaca, NY; Michael (Anastasia) Brannan of Jakarta, Indonesia; Daniel Brannan of Fulton; Susan (Quentin) Brannan Cole; and 2 great nieces: Halina B. Cole, Harlow Grace Cole. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday at Our Lady of the Rosary, Hannibal where a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will be held in the spring at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours will be held privately. The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton has care of the arrangements.
