S. Patricia Gillard, 77, of Port Richey, Fl., and Fulton, NY died Tuesday at home in Florida after a long illness.  She was born in Fulton to the late Martin and Rose (Lunette) Semeraro.  She retired from Fulton Consolidated School System as a secretary.  Mrs. Gillard was a member of the CSEA and Pairs N Squares-Modern Square Dancing.  She was pre-deceased by her daughter Lynette MacDougall in 2002, her siblings Donald Semeraro, and Beverly (Samuel) Aofrate.  She is survived by her husband of 59 years Philip B. Gillard of Fulton, her children:  Denise (Alun) Jones of TN, Marty (Peggy) Gillard of Fulton, Phyllis Cologgi, of Rochester, NY, and Leslie (Steve) Van Austin, of Binghamton, NY, Sharon (Pete) Lubert-Hennis, Charlotte, NC, and her son-in-law Thomas Mac Dougall of Scriba, NY; her siblings:  Vita (Joseph) Manuele of Rome, NY, June Bennett of Fulton, and her sister-in-law Ivy Semeraro of Clifton Park, NY, 15 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  A Memorial Service will be held 9:00 am Saturday, October 25, 2008 at Holy Family Church where Rev. Robert Stephenson will celebrate a mass of Christian Burial.  Burial will be private. There will be no calling hours.  Contributions may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, PO Box 126, Syracuse, NY.  The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc. 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton has care of the arrangements.
