Robert A. Colton Jr.

Robert A. Colton Jr., 73, of West Schuyler Street, Oswego died Wednesday evening at his home. He was born in Oswego the son of the late Robert and Cora (Tullar) Colton. Robert was a resident of Fulton until moving to Oswego thirty years ago. He received his Teacher’s Degree in music from the St. Louis Institute of Music and his Performance Degree. Robert taught private piano lessons for many years in Fulton. He was a member of the Tri County Four, where he enjoyed playing the piano and organ in many restaurants and lodges including the former Seneca Lounge, and Cabaret, in the Central New York area.  He was also employed at Paul’s Big M in Oswego for many years. Funeral services and burial will be private. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home 147 West Fourth Street, Oswego.
