Ora Lee “Jimmie” Fuller

fullerOra Lee “Jimmie” Fuller, 93; formerly of 414 W. 3rd St. Fulton died Wednesday at Crouse Hospital, Syracuse.  She was born in Pauls Valley, OK; and she has been a resident of Fulton for most of her adult life.  Mrs. Fuller trained as a bookkeeper from OK College for Women.  She retired from General Electric, Syracuse after several years of service.  Mrs. Fuller was a 35+ year member of the Eastern Star.  She was also a past member of the Elk’s Auxiliary, and the 1st Congregational Ladies Auxiliary.  Mrs. Fuller was an avid gardener.  The Valley News honored her when it featured her garden on the front page of the newspaper.  She was pre-deceased by her husband Leo R. Fuller July 16, 1978.  She is survived by her children:  Elaine (Paul) Fuller-Zachey of CA, Cynthia Burns of FL, Louise (Gary) Fuller-Banuski of Mattydale, NY, her brother Kenneth Giddens of TX, her sister Gloria Diller of TX, 2 grandsons: Russell, and John, 1 great granddaughter Ella, and several nieces and nephews.  Graveside Services will be held 10:00 AM Monday at Jacksonville Cemetery, Lysander, NY with Rev. Mark Kimpland.  Calling hours will be held 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Sunday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton.
