Leila M. Foster, 91, of 299 E. River Rd., Oswego, a former Minetto resident, died Wednesday, August 19, 2009, in St. Luke Health Services. She is survived by one grandson, John “JR” C. Foster Jr.; one brother, Frank (Jean) Colwell; two sisters-in-law, Wilma Nettleton and Joan Geary; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, August 24, at Sugar and Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. 4th St., Oswego. The funeral service will be noon Tuesday, August 25, in Minetto United Methodist Church.
