John R. Auringer, 72; of Fulton passed away at Pontiac Nursing Home, Oswego after a short illness. Mr. Auringer was born in Fulton, NY to the late Earl and Laura (Scott) Auringer. He remained a lifetime resident of Fulton, NY. John enjoyed listening to Classic Rock & Roll and he liked the company of his pets, especially his cat. John was pre-deceased by his siblings: Ervin Auringer, Doris Auringer and Jane Weeden. He is survived by his siblings: Kathy (Joe) Silva of Phoenix, NY, and David Auringer of Fulton. There will be no calling hours. Burial will be held privately at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Fulton. The Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton, NY 13069 has care of the arrangements.
John was a great person. Always enjoyed listening to all his Elvis records when we were growing up.
