Dr. Richard Falanga, 87; of Oswego, NY passed Sunday, February 27th, 2022. He will be buried 11:00 AM, Monday, April 25th at St. Paul’s Cemetery with Father John Canorro giving the final rite of committal.
The Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton has care of the arrangements.
I am just learning of Doc’s passing. I am completely devastated and heartbroken. He was and (is) an amazing man, he was also my Godfather. I have wonderful memories of spending summers at their house on Dutch Ridge Rd. Helping Jane in her garden, and spending time with him and the kids. He taught me to play backgammon, chess, and many others. I am truly going to miss him. Jane and him taught me also how to swim. He was such a huge part of my childhood, and teen years. I love you Doc, and I’m going to miss you so much.
