Calvin D. O’Brien, 67; of Fulton passed away after a yearlong battle with cancer Tuesday at A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital, Fulton. He was born in Watertown, NY and was a resident of Fulton for most of his life. He retired from Armstrong World Industries in 1995 after 29 years of service as an Electrician. Mr. O’Brien was a member of the Fulton Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Peggy (Pyzdrowski) O’Brien of Fulton, his sons Cordell (Jeannie) O’Brien of Baldwinsville, Curtis (Lorraine) O’Brien of Volney, his mother Louisa H. Hoan of Oswego, and his beloved Triplet grandsons: Connor, Kyle, and Carter O’Brien of Baldwinsville. Memorial Services will be conducted Friday at 1:00 pm with Elder Ronald Sharp at the Fulton Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses County Rte 85, Fulton. Burial will be held privately in Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours will be held 4:00 to 7:00 pm Thursday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton, NY. Contributions may be made to the Fulton Congregation of the Jehovah Witnesses County Rte 85, Fulton, NY 13069.
