Bobbie-Jo Tackman, 39; of Oswego passed away Sunday at Upstate Medical Center. She was born in Oswego, NY and has been a resident of this area for most of her life. Bobbie-Jo was past employed with St. Luke Health Services, Oswego and Oswego Hospital where she had worked as a Nurse’s Aide. Bobbie-Jo had also been employed as a clerk with St. Joseph’s Hospital in the Medical Records Department. Bobbie-Jo enjoyed swimming, camping, nature and anything that had to do with the outdoors. She was pre-deceased by her brother Jason Abbott. Bobbie-Jo is survived by her husband Thomas Tackman of North Syracuse, NY, 4 children: Julianne A. Zaryski of Fulton, Olivia T. Abrams of PA, Emily M. Tackman of North Syracuse, NY; Madison R. Tackman of North Syracuse, NY; her mother: Donna Abbott of Oswego, her father: Michael (Gail) Kofkee of TN, and step-father James Abbott; 4 siblings: Michaleann Crockford, Emmett Abrams, Melanie Abbott, Michael Kofkee and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Monday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton. Burial will be held privately. There will be no funeral service.

It’s hard to come up with words for what all of you are going thru right now. Emily is best friends with my daughter Morgan. What a beautiful, smart silly young lady she is becoming. Bobbie-Jo should be very proud of her daughters.
She left this world so young.
