Antonino Natoli

Antonino “Tony” Natoli, 83, of Oswego died Sunday in University Hospital, Syracuse. Mr. Natoli was born in Quattropani, Italy the son of the late Bartolo and Marianna Natoli. Mr. Natoli served in the Italian Navy before coming to America in 1959. He worked with the Painter’s Local # 38 for thirty-five years. Mr. Natoli enjoyed hunting, fishing, and was known especially for his Scriba Strawberries. He loved dancing and entertaining family, and friends by playing his accordion. He was a communicant of St. Joseph Church and a member of the Dante Alighieri Lodge. In retirement years he enjoyed the occasional trip to the casino. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Annette Natoli of Oswego, and their children Anna Marie Natoli of Oswego, and Anthony (Debbie) Natoli of Greece, NY. Mr. Natoli has two grandchildren Nicole (Nick) Natoli King, and Lisa (Sean) Natoli Durfey, and great grandchildren Nina, Ben, and Ella King. In addition he is survived by his siblings Bartolo Natoli of Italy, Annette Giofalo of Italy, Angeline Natoli of Italy, and Luisa Canastra of Australia. Mr. Natoli was predeceased by his sister Maria Catena. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday 10:00 AM in St. Joseph Church. Entombment will be in All Saints Mausoleum, Oswego. Calling hours will be conducted Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home 147 West 4th St. Oswego, NY 13126.
