Monique M. Germain, 54, of Fulton died Tuesday June 2, 2026 in Morningstar Rehabilitation and Care Center, Oswego.
She was born in Oswego the daughter of the late Philip and Maryanne (Stevens) Germain. She was the loving mother of Jessie J. Vasquez – Germain of Oswego, Dionicia Vasquez of Oswego, Jorge Vasquez of Syracuse, and her siblings Nicole Germain of Oswego, Yvette Cuyler of Oswego, and Lance Germain of Phoenix, and her six loving grandchildren.
Funeral services and burial will be private. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, Oswego.
