Richelle W. Hagan, 64; of Fulton, NY has quietly passed away after enduring a long battle with cancer.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years: Frank Hagan of Fulton, ten children: Melanie, Matt, Emma, Stephen, Donald, Benjamin, Tammi, Jordan, Haylie and Dianna; eighteen grandchildren and countless number of children who called her mom. Shelly loved nature and travel.
She was an avid farmer, gardener, and fisherman. She always believed in helping others. Shelly was employed in various fields during her life from: restaurant manager, retail worker, baker, childcare provider, personal assistant, housekeeper, school employee, landscaper and produce stand manager. She was also an avid community member through volunteering as a sports coach, PTA member and active foster parent for several years. Shelly was a Universal Life Minister and active church member with Holy Family Church, Fulton and Our Lady of the Rosary, Hannibal, NY. She was always a true believer that everyone was capable of being good and deserved a chance. Shelly will be a gift to the Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, NY.
There will be Celebration of Life at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Brain Cancer Research at Upstatefoundation.org or Upstate Foundation, 750 E. Adams St., Syracuse, NY 13210.
The Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton, NY has care of the arrangements.

Shelly was kind wonderful sister to her sister Renee Robillard of Fulton, NY. brothers Ron Robillard Jr of Norman, ill. Robie Robillard of Syracuse, NY and Randall Robillard (Jessica) of Orlando, Florida. She is also survived by her very loving Dad, Ronald Robillard Sr. She is greatly missed.
She was so much to so many! She will be sorely
missed. She was a true example of love, peace, intelligence, and servitude. I know she is in Heaven with her Lord!
