Joel Richard Bergan, 83; formerly of Fulton died in Sarasota, FL. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, June 14th at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton with Msgr. Yennock officiating. The local arrangements are in the care of the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton.
