Channing and Xavior Bradford of Oswego infant sons of Samantha Bradford passed to heaven Monday at the Oswego Hospital. Services will be private. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home 147 West Fourth Street, Oswego.
