Laura Neupert, 51; formerly of Fulton and Hannibal passed away suddenly at Oswego Hospital, Oswego Saturday after enduring a long illness. She was born in Syracuse, NY and had been a longtime resident of Fulton and Hannibal before entering long-term care. Mrs. Neupert loved working on Find a Word Puzzles, educational workbooks, and reading short stories and story books. She was an avid collector of Pokeman cards. Mrs. Neupert also enjoyed watching t.v. especially The Grinch, and Scrooge during this holiday season. She was pre-deceased by her mother Wanda Halstead in 2011. Laura is survived by her father Roy Halstead and her brother Jeffery Halstead both of Fulton. Funeral Services and Burial will be held privately. The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton has care of the arrangements.
