Phyllis Preeman, 78; of Fulton passed away Monday at the Oswego Hospital, Oswego after a sudden illness. She was born to the late Arthur and Pauline (Fry) Cummins and she has been a resident of Fulton for most of her life. Mrs. Preeman retired from Will and Baumer Candle Co., Syracuse. She had also worked as a security guard. Mrs. Preeman was pre-deceased by her husband Charles Preeman Sr., and their daughter Roseleann Craig. She is survived by her 3 children: Charlene Preeman of Hannibal, NY; Charles Preeman of VA; and Jeremiah Preeman Sr., of Kirkville, NY; 4 siblings: David Cummins and Kenneth Cummins both of Oswego, Ethel “Annie” Preeman of Mexico, NY and Joanne Bates of Fulton, NY. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. A calling hour will be conducted 9:30 to 10:30 AM Friday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton. There will be no funeral service. Burial will be held privately in Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.

Sam I am so sorry for your loss. I thank God every day for your mom and dad giving us Rosie, she was the best aunt anyone could ask for. They are all in heaven together. God Bless you all.
