Rhoda A. Brown, 89, of Fulton, died Saturday December 9, 2017 in Crouse Hospital, Syracuse. Mrs. Brown was born in Lysander, NY the daughter of late Newton and Genevieve Ward. She worked for General Electric, Syracuse, as a painter until her retirement in 1975. Mrs. Brown enjoyed watching NASCAR. She was predeceased by her husband Frank N. Brown in 2006. Mrs. Brown is survived her son Randy (Jean Allen) Brown of Fulton. Services and burial will be private. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar Funeral Home Inc. 224 w. 2nd. St. S. Fulton.
