Barbara J. Brown, 50, of Fulton died Tuesday October 24, 2017 in University Hospital, Syracuse, with her family by her side. Mrs. Brown was born in Fulton the daughter of the late Willard and Donna (Albee) Loomis. She was the general manager at Sweet Inspirations, Fulton, Happy Days, Meridian, and Henderson Dairy, Phoenix. Mrs. Brown loved being with people and around animals. If animal needed protecting or rescuing she was always there to help. Mrs. Brown is survived by her loving family; her husband of twenty-eight years Kurt W. Brown of Fulton, children Kurt W. (Cecilio Medina) Brown Jr., of NYC, Shannon M. Brown of NYC, Brandy (William) Ernestine of Fulton, and her beloved grandson Tucker. She is also survived by her siblings Lyle (Kathy) Loomis of Fulton; Caroline Loomis of Fulton; Susan (Walter) Relyea of Phoenix; Denny Loomis of Fulton; Leroy (Bessie) Loomis of Fulton, and Clarence Loomis of Fulton. A Celebration of Mrs. Brown’s Life will be held November 11, 2017 from 1:00 to 6:00 PM at the Granby Center Fire Barn. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar Funeral Home 224 W. 2nd St Fulton. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Barbara J. Brown to the Oswego County SPCA.

Barb was a wonderful person and be missed by a lot of people she would give her shirt off her back if she could, I am giving my condolence from my family to the Brown’s and Loomis’ know she will be missed by all of us
