Our condolences to the Borek/Manitta families on the loss of their loved one………………from the Vescio/McGraw/Johnston families in Fulton.
I savored the visits I had with Ralph at St. Luke’s. He was especially appreciative of our great weather and I often ran into him sitting outside the main entrance. Invariably our conversations highlighted his great family, focusing on how proud he was of his “clan” and how tickled he was with their support – especially the celebration of his most recent birthday! My life was enriched by every second I spent with Ralph. Fulton has lost a piece to the puzzle that made our city such a great place to live. God has richly blessed the Boreks; may He continue to do so.
Jim,
I’m sharing your loss.
Hopefully Josie is making her famous cream puffs in Heaven for your Dad & Ted.
I am so sad and will miss Grandpa immensely. My children, his great grandchildren, loved visiting with Grandpa and listing to his stories and just spending time with him and they are saddened that they did not have more time to get to know him better. His great grandson, Karl, shares his love of puzzles and they had a good time doing puzzles together. Gramps gave Karl a puzzle to take with him when we went home and after Karl finished putting it together, we had it framed. It will always be a reminder of our happy times with him. I know Gramps missed Grandma Josie so much and I can only imagine their happy reunion. They were both loved so much, and he will be missed every day just as Gram is. Our love and prayers are with all of you!
Dear Joanne and family,
We will miss Ralph’s stories. I so remember when he was telling us about you as a teen…….and others of course! Please know we are with you in spirit and moving along with the tournament to benefit the illness that took your mom! Peace be with you all. God Bless you. All our love, Karen and Vince
To the Borek family, my deepest sympathy at the death of your dad. I remember him well from my time at Holy Family back in 1976, Jim was a altar boy and served my first mass there. You are in my prayers and thoughts, Fr. Paul Angelicchio, St. John the Baptist, Rome, New York.
So sorry for your loss. Ralph will be missed. His
constant smile and wonderful humor brightened everyone’s day.. peace and heartfelt thoughts for all of you.
