Donna J. Mills, 66, of Scriba passed away Saturday December 12, 2015 at home surrounded by her loving family. Donna was the daughter of the late Levi Richard Pullen and Doris Marie (Taylor) Pullen. She was predeceased by her sister Pamela J. (Pullen) Mills in 1992 and her best friend Jackie Shear in 2012. She is survived by her children Shannon Mills (Gordon Laurent) of Oswego; Shawn Moon (Melissa Houghton) of NC; Edward (Anne) Moon of NC; three brothers Richard Pullen (Deborah Merrill) of Fulton; Dennis (Christine) Pullen Sr. of Hannibal; David Pullen of Oswego; her sister Nancy Pullen of Fulton; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. The family would like also to express their sincerest thanks to Dr. Francis Arce, NP Sandra Pike, Corey, and Dr. Grady for the compassionate care you provided. There will be no services. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. Fulton, NY.
Although many years have passed since we last laughed and cried together, Donna was my best friend through high school. I will never forget the fun we had, the overnight sleep overs and the day trips we took along with her family. One of my favorite pictures of us was our graduation day. Donna has always been on my mind as our lives took us in different directions. My heart throbs and tears drop as I read about her passing. My best friend…you touched my life.
