Joy A. Crouch

Joy A. Crouch, 66; of Fulton has joined the angels in song. Joy was born March 9, 1949 in Oswego, NY to the late Nelson and Lucinda (McGregor) Jodway. She was pre-deceased by her infant son Christopher and brother Nelson Jodway Jr. Mrs. Crouch and her husband Raymond have been honorary members of the CNYBA for many years. She loved to share her singing and songwriting with the public and she had been a musical enjoyment to many. Mrs. Crouch is survived by her husband of 32 years Raymond C. Crouch of Fulton, children: David Gray of Oswego, Timothy Gray of Oswego, Veronica Gray of Oswego and Rose Angela Dupree of Pulaski, her siblings: Barbara Chvola, Cheryl Prichard and Gary Jodway all of Oswego and 7 stepchildren one of whom Cynthia (Crouch) Bouffard gave Joy loving and tender care during her final days. Mrs. Crouch is also survived by 8 grandchildren. She considered them to be the bright lights in her life. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, July 2nd at Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church, Volney with Rev. Shawn Porter officiating. Burial will be held privately in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton has care of the arrangements.
