Josefina Feliciano, 66; of Fulton died Monday at University Hospital, Syracuse. She was born in Puerto Rico, the daughter of Tomas Acevedo and Eugenia Vegas. Mrs. Feliciano is survived by her husband of 45 years Hignio Feliciano of Fulton, 5 children Esmeralda Feliciano of Fulton, Jose Javier Feliciano, Daniel Feliciano, and Yesenia Feliciano all of Oswego, and Dimayra Feliciano of Fulton, 2 sisters Lydia Rice, and Carmen Acevedo both of NC and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Friday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc. 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton with Pastor Gonzalez and Rev. Carmencita officiating. Burial will be held at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours will be conducted Friday from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., Fulton.
