Kathleen Osborne, 66; of Fulton died April 9, 2014. A committal service and burial will be held 11:00 AM April 25th at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Volney with Rev. Jerome Amaechi officiating. The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton has care of the arrangements.
