Bernice I. Collins, 68; of Fulton passed away peacefully Tuesday at home. She was born in Oswego, NY to the late Robert and Viola Dunsmore Bullock Sr. Mrs. Collins has been a resident of Futon for most of her life. She was retired from Birdseye, Fulton. Mrs. Collins was an avid bowler. She enjoyed camping at Brennans Beach, traveling to Florida, finding a bargain at yard sales, and going to the Casino. She was pre-deceased by her siblings: Ockie Bullock, Donald Bullock, Robert Bullock Jr., Olivia Shadt, Bertha Bullock and niece Lisa Bullock. Mrs. Collins is survived by her husband of 32 years Robert M. Collins of Fulton, 3 children: John (Becky) Connolly Jr., of Oswego, Tammy (Tim) St. Onge of Fulton, Michelle (Kevin) Wells of Hannibal, stepson Jason Malone of Hannibal, sister: Patricia (Larry) Phillips of Fulton, 14 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 12:00 PM Saturday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton with Rev. Robert Stephenson officiating. Burial will be held privately at Oswego Town Rural Cemetery. Calling hours will be conducted 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Saturday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., Fulton.
