Wilma E. Harris, 80; of Fulton died at Northern Westchester Hospital, Mt. Kisco, NY. She was born in Mexico, NY to the late Leonard and Jennie (Pittsley) Snow. She had been a resident of Fulton for over 50 years until recently moving closer to her daughter in Lincolndale, NY. Mrs. Harris worked as a dietary assistant for 15 years at A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital, Fulton. She was pre-deceased by her son James Harris in 2011, and 4 siblings: Annetta Trumbul, Brad Snow, Leonard Snow, and Richard Snow. Mrs. Harris is survived by her daughter Carollynn (Robert) Becker of Lincolndale, NY; grandchildren: Jesse Crawford-Harris, Rebekkah Crawford-Harris, Teadie Becker, Terese Becker, and Brianne Becker. Funeral Services will be held 10:30 AM Saturday in the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton with Rev. Harold Avery officiating. Burial will be in Mexico Village Cemetery. Calling hours will be conducted 9:00-10:30 AM Saturday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., Fulton. Contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, PO Box 4527, NY, NY 10163.
Dear Carollynn and family….
I am so very sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. I’m glad that she could be closer to you for awhile. She was a wonderful lady and my family was priviledged to have her and Jim as part of ours for so many years. I will do my very best to make it to Fulton tomorrow morning…. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers….. and that your mother and brother are safely with the Lord.
