Elaine Dunsmoor Jodway, 82 of Fulton died Thursday October 27, at her daughters home. Mrs. Jodway was born in Fulton where she was a life resident. Mrs. Jodway worked at the Fulton YMCA until her retirement in 1993. She was predeceased by her husband Donald Jodway in 2001, their son Timmy in 1952 and her brother Roger Dunsmoor in 2004. Mrs. Jodway is survived by her children Terry (Darlene) Jodway of Fulton, Michael (Katie) Jodway of Fulton, Cathy LaPage of Fulton, David Jodway of Fulton, Danny (Linda) Jodway of NC, seventeen grandchildren, thirty-two great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Tuesday 10:00a.m. at St. Mary’s Cemetery Fulton. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar Funeral Home Inc. 224 West Second St. Fulton
Mom, you were my mom and very close friend. I love you and will deeply miss you. I told you i would be with you till the end, and i was. You will be in my heart for ever. You are in peace now and pain free. God took you to be an angel, you will be a great one. You are in a better place now. Enjoy your family there, and i will see you again when God says it’s my time for my wings…

Dear Great Grandma Jodway,
Although you’re in a much better place, we’ll miss you dearly, and hold all of your memories close to our hearts. I’ll miss walking to your house and just spending time with you.. and checking up on you just so you’re not lonely.
So sleep well Grandma, i’m sure there will be another moment that we’ll meet again..

Grandma Jodway I love you very much! I always loved seeing you at your house and hearing the sound of your voice. You were very nice and thoughtful. I wish I could of seen you but it was your time and now you are much better. You are no longer sick and i’m greatful for that. I know you are always going to be watching over me and now I’m happy that you are in a better place now. I love you
