Timothy J. Sherman, 46; of Fulton died peacefully on Thursday, November 16th at St. Luke Health Services, Oswego. He was born in Syracuse, NY and he has been a resident of Phoenix and Fulton all of his life. Tim was graduated from the State University of New York College at Oswego where he received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Master Degree in Counselling. Tim had a wonderful personality and enjoyed using his sense of humor to make people laugh and feel at ease. He was an avid fan of Hockey, and enjoyed watching Syracuse University’s Basketball and Football teams along with his Dad. Tim also liked playing cards. He is survived by his parents John and Laura Sherman of Fulton, brother and sister-in-law Ted and Angela Sherman of Buffalo, NY, nephew Ian, and nieces: Audrey and Nina. Calling hours will be held 1:00 to 2:30 PM Sunday followed by the Funeral Service at 2:30 PM at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton with Rev. James Lagoe officiating. Burial will be held privately.

Our condolences to the Sherman family for their loss. Tim excelled in spite of his injury. He was quite a guy.
John and Laura we were so sorry to see Tim’s Passing in the paper. He has been an inspiration to a lot of people. we talk about you quite often and Gary remembers you guys being friends in y our early years.
I was one of Tim’s professors who has looked him up once in a while over the past two decades. I will miss his wit and humor. He will always be one of my most memorable students.
