Robert ArdenRobert Arden, 60; previously of Whitcomb Road, Fulton died at Loretto Heights, Oswego.  He was a resident of Fulton and he began school at 5 years old at Nanbeth Hall and later at the Syracuse Development Center until age 21.  He attended the Oswego County Chapter of ARC since 1970, and worked at Oswego Industries until 2007.  He enjoyed many hobbies including drawing, reading, historical memorabilia, dancing, and traveling with his parents.   Bobby was pre-deceased by his father Edward in 1999 and brother Richard in 2003.  He is survived by his mother Irene Arden of Fulton, his sisters Elizabeth Arden Turner of Hagaman, NY, Deborah Arden of Fulton, his brother Edward Arden of Mannsville, NY, and his sister-in-law Glenda Arden of Fulton.  Bobby is also survived by his nieces and nephews:  Regina, Amy, Hollie, Tina, Vincent, David and several cousins.  Funeral Services will be conducted 9:00 am Wednesday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton and 9:30 am in Holy Trinity Church where a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.  Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.  Calling hours will be conducted 4:00 to 7:00 pm Tuesday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc.  Contributions may be made to Oswego County Association for Retarded Children Morrill Place, Fulton, NY 13069 or Loretto Heights 132 Ellen St., Oswego, NY

  1. I will miss Robert and his smile he was truely a special person ….. my thoughts and prayers are with you ….It will be strange going into work and not seeing him sitting in his favorite spot
