Joyce A. Clonch, 77; of Fulton died Saturday at Oswego Hospital, Oswego. Mrs. Clonch was born in Oneida, NY and she has been a resident of the Fulton, Palermo, and Volney area all of her life. She retired after 30 years from Syracuse China as a quality control inspector. Mrs. Clonch was a lifetime member of the Fulton VFW Ladies Auxiliary and she was an avid bingo player. Mrs. Clonch was pre-deceased by her husband Clarence Clonch in 1979. She is survived by her 3 children: Donald (Barbara) Clonch of Hannibal, Roxanne (Tom) Ranieri of Fulton, and Douglas (Fanny) Clonch of Chicago, IL, and several grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton with Rev. Jeffrey Knox officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours will be held 9:00 to 11:00 AM Tuesday in the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton.
Peter Arcadi, 71; of Fulton, NY fought a courageous battle with cancer for a year before passing at home on Monday surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Arcadi was born in Fulton, NY and he has been a life resident of Fulton. He was a veteran having served in the United States Army stationed in Germany during the Vietnam War. Mr. Arcadi retired from the Oswego Laborers Local #214 after 30 years of employment. He was a member of the Fulton Elk’s Lodge. Mr. Arcadi is survived by his wife of 47 years Charlotte Arcadi of Fulton, his son Peter (Michele) Arcadi, Jr. of Redcreek, NY, his 2 daughters Christina (James) Fanning of Watertown, and Gina (Anthony) Lombardo of Oswego, 2 brothers Dominick (Maryann) Arcadi of Solvay, and Anthony Arcadi of Syracuse, 2 half sisters Antoinette and Tina; his brother-in-law James R. Clark of Fulton, and sister-in-law Nancy L. Clark of New York City, NY, 11 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted 9:30 AM Friday at Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton. Burial will be in at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours will be held 4:00 to 7:00 PM Thursday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc. Anna Margaret Blake, 90; formerly of South 4th St. Fulton and Fort Pierce, FL., passed from this life in the same manner as she lived her days, surrounded by loving family members. Miss Blake was born in Fulton to the late Robert and Mary Anne (McSweeney) Blake. She remained a life resident of Fulton. Miss Blake was past employed with Nestles, Fulton. She enjoyed taking on an active role in the lives of her nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her siblings: Robert, William, James, Joseph and John Blake, Elizabeth (Charles) Callen, and Mary J. Blake. Miss Blake is survived by 13 nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday 9:30 am at Holy Trinity Church, Fulton. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours will Sunday from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton.
